Grievance Management Workshop
Complaint Procedure within the Framework of the "Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains": Update and Qualification for Companies (1 Day, On-site)

In this practice forum, you will receive information from practice for practice on the complaints procedure formulated in §8 of the Act on Corporate Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (German: Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz = LkSG).

The requirements of the LkSG and the increasingly emerging indirect impact on small and medium-sized companies present them with major challenges.

In order to provide concrete support for meeting the requirements in the area of complaint management, the speakers Karl Borgschulze and Dr. Michael Arretzwill show you in this workshop in 4 module ways to more sustainability in the business processes and at the same time make clear how you can thereby also meet the requirements of the LkSG formulated in §4-8. The modules will deal with risk management, preventive measures, remedial actions, and the complaints procedure.

Efficiently build more sustainable business processes and ensure long-term entrepreneurial success with practical knowledge and knowledgeable practice.

In a total of 4 modules, the foundations are laid for more sustainability in business processes.
