Effective Communication about ESG and sustainability – how can organizations inform and engage stakeholders on their sustainability agenda, earning trust, recognition, and support?

Participants from a non-communication background will learn about the rules for successful sustainability communications in today's transparent environment.

They will understand how to draft a communication strategy and plan, that supports business priorities and respects the needs and expectations of an increasingly informed stakeholder ecosystem.

They will be able to avoid pitfalls and actively leverage opportunities to protect and promote the reputation of their organization.

The individual modules:

A climate of increased scrutiny:
How media and stakeholder environment take influence on your way forward.

Communication strategy:
How your heritage, vision and business priorities determine how you can and should communicate.

Sustainability content:
How to strike the right balance and avoid greenwashing as well as greenhushing on topics like climate communication, circular economy, fabrics/ materials/ingredients/chemicals, supply chain and human rights.

Change communication:
How to move the sustainability agenda to the core of the business, engaging internal stakeholders from board to employee.
